You need:
4 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 red onion, diced
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Mash the avocados and lime. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir and let sit one hour at room temperature before serving.
